Joe Trez, Cellar Master
Born in Charleston, SC, Joe’s upbringing was mainly on US Army bases since his father proudly served almost 30 years in the service. Perhaps surprisingly, wine and food was always a big part of family gatherings. Soon after attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York, he relocated to California to cook at Bouchon in Yountville. Living in the area he was quickly drawn to the wine industry and transitioned from cooking to wine production working with Mark at Bryant Family Vineyards, and subsequently came to Aubert Wines.
